Element Omaha Midtown Crossing

Super comfy, rooms were stocked with wine glasses, bottle opener, mugs, filtered water spout on the sink, dish soap and a sponge, a dish towel, dishes and silverware, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, everything you could think of you may need. The bed was really comfortable. I appreciated how the bathroom products were organic and the hotel was conscious about being eco friendly in reduced plastic use, giving a filtered water spout versus bottled water, and electricity/water conservation efforts. I had to get some work done in the lobby the morning I checked out, and it was a lovely work env with plenty of work space with outlets, and the bfast exceeded my expectations for a typical hotel continental bfast.

The hotel was in a beautiful setting by the park with restaurants just steps away from the hotel. The Oak Fired Pizza had really good pizza and salads. The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds, and decor that was relaxing, attractive, and tasteful. The hotel staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, especially a young man named Terrel. Every day they had fresh coffee and a snack in the front lobby such as a bowl of fresh fruit and awesome chocolate chip cookie bars. The parking garage was clean and had good lighting. We felt safe even when we returned to the hotel after dark. It was a great place to stay. My husband and I highly recommend it and plan to stay here again the next time we visit Omaha.

Very helpful staff, room was very nice, bed was super comfy. The convenience of the grocery store was very nice. Parking garage has electric car charging station which is always something we look for.

The room exceeded all expectations. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. A very pleasant and relaxing experience.
